Lucite International (LI) is pleased to announce a partnership with ISNetworld to further enhance efficiencies for processing safety pre-qualification, insurance requirements and compliance for contractors applying to work with the Company in the USA.
As the global leader in contractor and supplier management with operations in over 75 countries, ISN® collects and verifies safety, environmental, insurance and other compliance information reported by all contractors and suppliers and maintains the data in a central database, ISNetworld. Qualified contractors and suppliers are then connected with clients according to their requirements.
The ISN Review and Verification Services (RAVS) team members are specialists in their respective fields and diligently assess the accuracy, relevance and timeliness of the self-reported data. For contractors, RAVS outlines the process for an effective safety program, provides access to applicable regulations and helps identify deficiencies in safety programs. ISNetworld also helps to standardise contractor management across multiple sites, communicate requirements and expectations and exchange data with other internal systems, which results in lower incident rates and improved compliance.
If a company is a current subscriber to ISNetworld then it will automatically be reviewed as a potential match when LI Inc is hiring. If it is not part of ISNetworld, there is a nominal fee for the service. LI Inc requires the following information to be made available through ISNetworld:
1. Company Profile
2. Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Questionnaire
3. SHE Programs
4. Document Submittal: Insurance, OSHA Forms and Experience Modification Rate (EMR)
As a global leader in the design, development and manufacturing of acrylic-based products, LI is committed to protecting the health and safety of everyone who plays a part in its operations and in the communities where we operate. Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) performance is our top priority and the Company is committed to achieving an incident free workplace, including the elimination of injuries, occupational illnesses, unsafe practices and incidences of environmental harm from our operations.
This most recent agreement with ISN is just one of the ways in which we are driving progress against our SHE goals.
