Leading point of sale specialists Acrylic Design has launched a new range of Perspex® acrylic ‘product enhancers’ designed specifically for drinks promotions in bars and nightclubs. With over 40 years’ experience, Watford based Acrylic Design has created bespoke work for clients ranging from Icebar London to Boeing and Harrods.


The edge lit product enhancers use the latest LED lighting technology to showcase drinks brands such as Jack Daniels and Moet Champagne, giving them a promotional edge at a busy bar. Interchangeable enlarged drinks bottles are printed onto laser cut Perspex® Opal Frost acrylic and sit within an LED lighting base that acts as a safe, portable light source.

“This is an exciting new product range for Acrylic Design that has been designed, developed and manufactured in-house. Using high quality Perspex® acrylic branded material means we can ensure that each unit enhances the displays to give maximum visual lighting effect,” explains Acrylic Design Director, Richard Jennings.

The approved Perspex® fabricator offers a comprehensive range of services, including laser cutting, laser engraving, diamond polishing, vacuum forming, dome blowing, screen printing and plastic moulding, taking projects from initial design concepts to full roll out.

In a further move to meet the changing needs of its customer base, the company has set up Acrylic Hire, offering short-term rental of their many fabricated items for use at weddings, exhibitions and presentations. Now Perspex® acrylic items such as canapé trays, easels and tables are available to enhance any event.
