Sale of European acrylic sheet business completed

Lucite International confirms completion of the sale of its European cell cast acrylic Sheet and Composites business (now named Perspex International Ltd) plus its separate UK distribution company, Perspex Distribution Ltd (PDL), to the Swiss firm Schweiter Technologies, owners of 3A Composites and Polycasa. The sale completed on 28th December 2018.
