Ike Nwanwuna recently joined our Rozenburg, Netherlands site as a Customer Service Representative. We spoke to Ike about what’s involved in this role and got to know some more about him…

What attracted you to working for us?

“I was attracted to the vision of the company and the potential on offer within the organisation.”

What does a typical day in your role involve?

“My role as a Customer Service Representative involves collecting orders from customers, managing forecasts, putting orders into our system, contacting customers via email and telephone, checking order status and generally responding to any enquiries from customers.”

What do you enjoy most about your work?

“Being able to help out customers wherever they need it.”

How would you describe the environment/culture here?

“It’s friendly and cosy.”

What is your passion outside of work?

I like sport – in particular, going to the gym. Also, science, music and travelling.”

If you could switch places with one person for a day, who would it be?

“Bill Gates, billionaire founder of Microsoft, to experience life as a revolutionary and philanthropist.”
